I have to say the front desk people were awesome! The lady who did my x-rays was very nice but did not know what a veneer was which I found odd. Actually no one in that office seemed to know what it was. The hygentist was nice enough. And honestly the dentist was fine. I went to have my veneer that came off re glued back on. Come to find out it was broken and could only be attached back on "temporarily" until a new one could be placed. I agreed to this $120 procedure. It's r... Typical low end dental mill care. Their main goal is to sell you more stuff. Barely capable practitioners. If I need actual dental care I will go somewhere else.

The staff is great.But they have been trying to get my dentures right for 2 and a half months i i'm truly stressed out my jaw is popping i can't eat solid food it hurts i can't even bite a sandwich i have no bite.I want my money back so i can get my teeth fixed right.

The lady at the front desk today was a heartless woman. When I explain my situation to her she just shook her head am me because I didn't have an appointment. I was there in pain I'm sure you could see it in my face. But she said she didn't have anything till Thursday. I left and told her I would find someone to help me. I would not ever return or would not recommend this place ever. If the front desk lady is going to treat me this way then I can't think anything good from the staff. I guess if you dont have like $10,000 AND excellent dental insurance you vet.told one thing to get you in there. Then they bend you waaay over and insert. My husbands still in pain...

Called and made appointment to get consult to get wisdom teeth taken out for my daughter. Never once on the phone did they mention that they don't do oral surgery (but their web site says they do) that they would have to refer us to an oral surgeon to have them out. After an hour appointment they tell us oh we don't pull wisdom teeth you have to go to a oral surgeon. If I had not talked in great length with the person I made the appointment with about pulling her wisdom teeth I would figure I just misunderstood but they clea... read more

My husband shows up early for a ten oclock appointment. its 11 oclock he has not even been seen yet. This is poor customer service considering you have charged us over 4 thousand dollars.

Worst place ever...do not go here!!!!!you would get better treatment at a cty health department! !!!!! After they pulled a tooth by holding my head down like it was the 1930's, they cracked my back molar, sent me home, i took the gauze out and the tooth that they broke, and did not fix, was so jagged and sharp it cut my tongue so bad that i could not even speak, the pain being unbearable......when i went back the next day for them to see the damage they had caused. ..they sa...
