WORST DENTAL OFFICE EVER!! The only good thing is the Ladies in the Front. Dentists are more worried about getting paid then they are about doing their job. NO pain management whatsoever. I have four teeth that need pulled, yet I get treated like a junkie when I express my concern for pain medication. If I could give less than one star i would. Too bad such great front desk help is wasted on such clueless medical professionals, if you can even call them that.

The worse dental place i have ever been. the "assistant" went to take an impression and just ripped both sides of my mouth trying to get the molds in. i have autoimmune diseases and my muscles in my face, mouth, tongue, and swallowing don't work right. I ended up in tears even though i told her it hurt and i could not move my tongue and that she was hurting me. after those hours of freezing and in agony they tell me it will be almost $4000. i did pay for the top because i needed them right away. but i would never recommend t... read more

I am sure that Aspen Dental only exists to take your money. I went there to have a filling replaced that had popped out, and they looked in my mouth which is in great condition, and told me I needed a $3,300.00 cleaning and 4 Implants at $4,000.00 each, and they did this in 5 minutes of a foreign Dentist inspecting my mouth. Went in for a chipped tooth they said they would not do anything until they did a deep cleaning with antibiotic injected into the gum. I said I don't mind you cleaning but I do not want the antibiotic. I was informed they would not do any work until I had the Deep cleaning done at over 4,000, what a scam would not recommend to my dog.

I spend an entire afternoon at their office for a cleaning..The office was freezing cold, Was colder than a operating room, no excuse. Was given a list of things they wanted to do, not what was described by Dr, some very unnessary. Was given a rechargeable toothbrush, after I told them I had one. I was told it was included., it was not . Charged way too much for it. Constanly waiting for someone to attend me, hence the long appointment. Would not recommend this place for a dog.

CHARGED FOR SHODDY DENTISTRY - CROWN ON FRONT TOOTH CHIPPED AND REFUSED TO REPLACE OR FIX. FOR PERIDONTIAL WORK AND CROWN COST OVER $4,000.00 - MGR. REFUSED TO SPEAK TO US OR CALL US BACK ON THIS ISSUE. SENDING LETTERS TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE. HUSBAND'S OLD CROWN LASTED HIM OVER 35 YEARS WITHOUT A PROBLEM!!!!!!
