I called to make an apt for a cleaning, just a cleaning. It had been awhile. They claimed they needed to do an exam and x-rays so they would know what type of cleaning to do. They can't do a cleaning without the exam first. Just a cleaning? My apt was scheduled three weeks later, that was the earliest. Very disappointed in the port charlotte office two weeks paid in full for top dentures, told in two weeks They would be ready, two times they reschedule my appointment ,very upset, will not recommend this office

Refused to clean my teeth (free with my plan) because I wouldn't agree to their treatment plan (which I never received a copy of). Dental work is expensive and apparently waiting wasn't an option.

The dentist sutured my sons cheek to his gum. The dentist and office refused to return phone calls the night of and the days after surgery.

Every time I come to this office it is the most horrible experience....I am called to confirm appointments, I show up, there is no appointment....I schedule my appointments 6 months in advance, they call me the day before to reschedule...and then they try to push me into 8:00 AM appointments when I have had appointments scheduled way in advance....I always have to wait 45-60 minutes for my appointments, the office is always running late. To check out is a nightmare, you have to sit an wait for the billing clerk 20-30 minutes... read more

After going through getting X-rays and all the feedback of things that were going to be done I waited a week in pain to find out that everything talked about was changed without my knowledge. And told that financing was an issue. Well I certainly believe that any changes in treatment should be brought to my attention before the date of treatment. The staff was great until this. They were all very friendly but when I saw the dentist, I was not impressed. The only suggestion they had for me was to pull out all my upper teeth and replace it with a full denture and pull out all but the front 6 of my bottom teeth and replace those with a partial. After that shock, I was guided to the front desk and the young lady said that will be $11,000 +++ and how would I like to take care of it NOW.
