Just left there. Horrible experience with their hygienist. In the past I have given the SLW office rave reviews. Sorry to say I will not go back there ever. Hygienist was abrupt, rude and as a consumer I will not put up with that. Too many dental groups with 5 blocks of this place that would love my business and treat me with common courtesy. I would caution anyone looking to go there
My husband had a bad tooth that needed to be pulled and the dentist was excellent.
SCAM ALERT!~ BUYER BEWARE!!**** THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF POOR PEOPLE! MY little brother who is just starting out went over to Aspen Dental on 1679 St Lucie W Blvd for a " free exam and xray" He left with a $700 bill!! including a $130 electric toothbrush and $20 a tube "prescription" toothpaste!! You people took my little brother for all he was worth and now he cant even afford to feed himself! You people make me sick! You should be ashamed of yourselves!~
My husband had a HORRIBLE experience with Aspen Dental when getting new dentures. ASPEN DENTAL IS THE WORST!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL!
Dentists were great but the young lady who does the insurance is unhelpful and unwilling to help. I have had to take work off repeatedly to try to get my quote correct and it is still not correct. I called my insurance and they told me that Partials are covered and gave me the correct code. Gave it to the young lady and the quote came out that it was not covered. Instead of trying to figure out what was entered incorrectly, she just said "I don't know" and wanted me to go with that quote. If she doesn't want to help her pati... read more
