The office manager is a scammer you will not get what's promised once them insurance companies and third party companies pay out you no longer exist office manager the worse person I've ever dealt with no call back he is not a man of his word

Do not get any work done here! Aspen Dental is a dentist mill for dental students fresh out of school that have zero real world experience. I went in with a chipped front tooth. They suggested I get both of my front teeth capped instead of just bonding the chipped tooth. Their reasoning was that the bond wouldn't last so a cap was a more permanent solution. So they took the mold of my teeth and instead of fixing the chip on the mold, they made the new teeth with the chip in it and then bonded the chip on the cap, completel... read more

We moved to Virginia about a year ago. Since then we have tried 3 times to get our teeth cleaned!! Each time they have canceled!! Each time the put the appointment out 3 months and then cancel or say they are closed on the day they personally schedule for us!!! Zero stars is to much for these people!!! NEGATIVE 10 IS ALSO TO MUCH!!! THEY SERIOUSLY NEED TO CLOSE THEIR DOORS!!!

Cancel appointments without leaving a message (even though it was confirmed online), wait time is over an hour (past appointment time), and seem to have problems getting hygienists and dentists. Not trying again.

Horrible! Do not recommend, I am a new patient tryign to get established and they just cancelled my appointment for the second time the day of! How unprofessional to call an hour before the appointment! I look off work to be seen today. Wish I could give zero stars!! Not happy at all.

By far the worst experience I have had at a medical office in all my life and that includes my cat's veterinarian. I had to come here because I made the mistake of signing up for a DMO and this is the only practice in the valley I could go to. I would have been better off going with out the dental work. First the girl that did the x-rays and the shorter nurse withe the curly hair and glasses were the only professionals in the whole office. If I could give zero stars I would. My 80 year old mom had dental x-rays done there. When she needed an oral surgeon, Aspen refused to transfer the xrays to the surgeon via email. I offered to pay for Fedex, but they still refused. Aspen said she had to pick them up IN PERSON, but she is disabled and cannot drive. I live out of state. The oral surgeon says he always has trouble with Aspen. He says no other dentist in Roanoke does this. He says it's because Aspen advertises "free x-rays" so they don't want you taking them el... read more

Run from this place.They give you a plan tell you the cost and have you pay upfront. I was given a price for the services and told pay now and that's all it would cost. I was lied too bil almost three times the original cost.Called corporate to ask for help nothing done same line as the lying office manger said read the fine print. Run from this place

This is the worst place you could ever go. I was pushed into buying a tooth brush that I was told was $180, I looked up the price at Walmart and it was $75, and continuously asked repeatedly to buy it, for a total of 13 times they pushed me to get this tooth brush. Upon leaving, my dental insurance got the plan from them and itemized cost list, they denied it and asked me to go elsewhere. The total cost for my treatment for a scaling was almost 4,000.
