on Sept 11,2021 ....I had 6 teeth removed all of which were simple extractions. My insurance was billed for surgical extractions on all 6 teeth. it has been almost a year and I still don't have my permanent teeth which I already paid for only the immediate dentures I got last year in September. I can't eat with them they hurt and don't fit right and everytime I have an appointment they post pone it or tell me it's cancelled when I get there to be seen. called 30 times in one day...answered once and I heard someone dialing then hang up, left a message and sent a text..no response. tried to get a denture repaired on a Thursday, told had to have an appointment.. first available 13 days later.. 2 days later denture broke in half. don't know who is in charge but if it were me, heads would roll!

disrespectful, rude , nasty office staff. Treat you like garbage , zero appointments only cancelation lists . Work done at one office doesn't transfer to another office so they get double the money . No one cares if tge patient was determined to need immediate care on the treatment plan your told you need to be on the cancelation list. Disgusting, lack of patient care , did I say condescending and rude?

I wanted to wait until I received a second dental opinion before I left this review. My hope is you will read this and think carefully about your dental care. I am someone who was a regular 6 month cleaning until the pandemic set me back on my schedule. I have never had dental issues. That being said, I would not recommend this office for reliable work. I had no problem with the service I received . My problem was with the estimate for my lower dentures. I was quoted no out of pocket charges after my insurance. Then when it was time to make the dentures I was told I would have to pay $560 more to have teeth removed by oral surgeon. This should have been stated up front. Only paid $50 out of pocket on my uppers. They said the reason why was they didn't have a general dentist on sight anymore so they have to bring in an oral surgeon. Fraud fraud fraud!!!Charge for services NOT rendered. Poor staff and high fraudulent charges for services not rendered. Stay away!!!

I would not recommend the Roanoke location. They are completely unresponsive and do not even have a dentist in the facility capable of a tooth extraction. I called for three weeks without response and was finally able to stop by the location today to schedule an appointment. The best they could do was refer me to an oral surgeon, which would be more expensive.
