I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone!! They pulled three teeth 3 months ago. The dentist kept leaving the room and they didn't numb me 100%. When they fitted my dentures I had that mess all over me! I went back a month and a half later because I could tell there's bone left in my jaw. They pressed around and said it was not. I made one more visit so they could adjust my dentures. They put that gloop on my dentures and left the room for about 20 minutes or longer!! This is the worst dental office I've ever be... read more

I gave them one star only because the dentist and assistant there were good. Otherwise... I highly advise you go elsewhere!! This business is like the McDonalds of health care... no, it's actually worse. They are a money making racket with no personal qualities. Soulless! Good luck trying to reach them by phone, too. They seem to be disorganized and flying by the seat of their pants. Just Awful! The only reason I went there was because they accepted my insurance.

After multiple procedures at Aspen Dental at Valley View and then a clean and root scaling I expected my next visit to be a fitting for my partials. I arrived to get more xrays and was placed in the examination room. The dentist came in and looked at X-rays then started looking at my teeth giving verbal info to the assistant. She proceeded to tell me that I needed a couple root canals on top left and recommended having all my left wet teeth pulled and fitted for implants. Very disorganized, unprofessional, unhelpful, and disrespectful!!! I made an appointment as a new patient last week. The person on the phone lied about how far the office was and scheduled me an appointment 50 minutes away from my house. Then they called me and left a voicemail saying that I had to verbally confirm the appointment or otherwise they will cancel it!!! This office and this company overall is the worst you could possibly go to. Their staff is not trained, their doctors don't stay for long and every time you go in, there are new faces. The wait time is ridiculous and their organizational skills are the worst. My aunt went to them to get a denture, which she received and paid for in full. She has since received a bill for $500.00 with no itemization or explanation for the bill. I was with her when she paid her bill in full and was told that it was in full. I would not go to this place again. I called their central scheduling office to sign up for their advertised "free first visit" to include a "first time patient visit evaluation and cleaning." We had an appointment early, around 9 am, thinking we would be seen early. Wrong. We sat in the waiting room almost 45 mins. to be seen, while a banal daytime show from NBC was blaring. If I could give 0 stars I would. I scheduled at appt in February for a broken tooth, the soonest I could be seen was 10/13 at 7 am. I arrived at 6:45 for my scheduled appt that I confirmed on the email last week. Only for the receptionist to inform me they had canceled my appt for not getting "verbal confirmation" when I was never called. After expressing my concerns about my tooth being broken, etc I was told "imma be honest I don't have room for you to be a walk in". REVISED -- The day after this review was posted, corporate reached out it to discuss this negative review. 10 days later, I have yet to hear even one word back from corporate or Dr Nicols who owns the practice. This problem has been ongoing since September 2020, and I have never once heard from Dr Nicols. It has become obvious that she doesn't care about the patients or problems, ONLY CAERES ABOUT MONEY!!! Terrible! Showed up for two scheduled appointments today. The receptionist person informed me that their hygienist is out. So he said, "We need to reschedule your appointment and our next available appointment is September 17". Seriously! They were unprepared. The appointment was made months ago and I confirmed the appointments with a text message.
