Dropped my upper plate and chipped 2 front teeth they ordered the same day and will be fixed before my daughter wedding so glad I purchased dentures with a good warranty!

Because you guys messed up due to a misunderstanding with my insurance, I'm now having to pay a bill I was told I didn't have to pay. You guys told me in the office that I did not have to pay that day and that I did not have to pay in the future because of the misunderstanding. I make a appointment was told around 108.00 then sit 3 hrs to be told 238.00 and said the call center made a mistake bunch of scammers I would not let them pull my dogs teeth very UN happy and I'm telling everybody I can..
My Daughter had Xrays and a panoramic xray done. She needed all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. They sent an agreement which included the cost and what we would have to pay in addition to insurance. I paid over $700.00 to make an appointment with the Oral Surgeon in Rome. When we got there I paid the other portion so it was paid in full. Went in for an appointment with a broken very painful tooth. They evaluated it and told me I would have to schedule another visit to have it taken care of. I asked to have the tooth extracted and was still told they wouldn't do it that day. I told the dentist I had to work it was unbearable and he still refused to do anything!
Took forever! Hour and 45 minute wait for a cleaning.
The dentist was fast but very poor bedside manners. I never had a needle hurt more in my life from any other dentist
