Big warning! Do not get your crown in Aspen dental. I had my crown done in Aspen and it is hideous. The crown is small, does not line up with my gums. Doctor assured me that the crown will be perfect. It turns out that was just a lie to get the money from me. I asked for a redo, not only no redo but they also banned me from their services. Luckily, my insurance is great and I was able to make a claim. Horrific experience, I will repeat, do NOT go there.

Your office manager ruined it for you! Doesn’t listen to patient needs or wants and is pushing you out the door if financing isn’t an option.

Due yourself a favor and avoid this place altogether. The care received was poorly done. The receptionist loves to put the automated voicemail on to avoid interaction with the customers. And when you do get the opportunity to talk with her, you wish you didn't waste your time. Poor attitude and rude are what you'll get from her. As for management - she doesn't care - which is why we get the monkey see, monkey do scenario from these two.

On the surface, Aspen Dental seems pleasant and inviting. In actuality, the staff are trained salesman / con artists! They lure you in with their friendly demeanor and their false concern. They then hit you personally or your insurance with the largest con ever which of course is accompanied by a gigantic price tag!

I was told first visit was a free visit for myself and my 2 sons. I gave their birthdates and everything was taken care of. I went to my sons appointment and was charged 198 dollars for his free visit. their reason behind it was it only applies for people 21 and older. well why didn't they say that from the beginning. I would of never made the appointment with them.
