I want to praise the staff at Aspen Dental for their professionalism, their kind and gentle manner in which they treat their patients. A special thanks to Tiffany, you have a kind soul. I hope I didn't squeeze your hand to hard. It made me feel so much better knowing you were there. Doctor Myers is a great dentist. He has a huge smile and a gentle touch. Thank you all. I was so scared to go to the dentist until I went to aspen dental in Rome ny everyone was so nice and the surgeon was very nice and gentle with mouth and the staff was so respectful it was a really nice experience

I can't say enough about Aspen Dental. They are incredibly kind, supportive,efficient and professional. My children have a series of things that need to be completed. They made sure the insurance company cooperated, they worked out a payment plan for what wasn't covered and we don't have to go to a million places to get their needs met. They do practically everything here. I am so happy that an establishment like this is in Rome.

I just had two extractions done at this wonderful dental office. In the past I've had a few bad experiences at other places but this was actually pleasant. Theres little t.v.s to watch while you wait for drugs to kick in, the staff is friendly, and the Dentist who did my extractions was gentle aswell as attentive. Both extractions were done very quickly and painlessly. Thank you!

I have had two emergency extractions in the last 5 months at this aspen location. The office staff was caring and compassionate. They got me in the same day I called both times. The dentist who pulled my teeth was Dr Myers, I cannot say enough good things about him and his assistant. They have wonderful bedside manners. His assistant held my hand through the minimal pain from the novacaine injections and talked to me the whole time. Dr Myers is very caring and sympathic. Last year I went to Aspen to have a broken tooth fixed. What should have been a single appointment quickly turned into a three part series, culminating in a bill for several hundred dollars. Recently, the same tooth that was “fixed” by Aspen broke again. I called in May to schedule an appointment to have it fixed, and was told that the next available appointment was in July. Extremely unproffecial. I was there today and watched the front office person ignore the phone 4 times while doing absolutely nothing.She then tried to dismiss people based on the computer being down. I was given a ungodly gouged price for services and then told it was the physicians decisions to not provide the treatment plan that the same physician recommended and referred out.Medical malpractice and denial of services.See you tomorrow with my attorney. 8am

I’ve gone here twice and only because I needed a tooth pulled each time and in a hurry. The first time was eh ok. And the second time made me never wanna go back again! Communication was not there!
