I am an employee at Aspen Dental Management Inc, but I am admittedly a big chicken when it comes to dentists! I had a great experience at Aspen Dental in Rome, NY. Dr. Myers is very nice and easy going and I was completely relaxed with him! So, don't just take my recommendation as an employee; take my recommendation as a big chicken who was put at ease!
I got an abcess on a Friday (Murphy's Law). Called Monday morning and they were able to get me in that day. Pulled 2 teeth, gave me an internet special that I was unaware of on billing. Doctor and staff was all friendly and professional. I will be going back for any dental work I need in the future. Only reason I didn't give them a 5 is because I can't give ANY dentist a 5 (who likes going to dentist?).
Both my husband and I have had absolutely fantastic experiences with Aspen Dental in Rome. I had had a VERY bad experience with the Aspen Dental in North Syracuse so was hesitant to try Rome. But on the advice of my son we tried Rome. What a total difference. Very professional staff. Great help from Lynn on our financial planning. Dr. Myers and Samantha are great and I feel very comfortable in the chair. OK son - you told me so! Very thankful I listened. Keep up the Great job you folks do. I WILL be recommending you!

My dental hygienist is a wonderful lady -Bella is a true professional and the Dr there is a wonderful man--its the billing that is confusing at times
My husbands first experience here was terrible. That was 5 years ago. When we found out that our new dental insurance required we go there, we were very unhappy. But we found after our first visits that Dr Cohen was great and Bella, the dental hygienist, was fantastic! Very professional, modern equipment, friendly. Can't say how happy we are. I am not a person who likes going to the dentist. I have a very low pain threshold. I go away from there very pleased and I feel that my teeth are receiving the best attention possible.... read more
Visited Rome Aspen Dental for crown/bridgework and found dental assistants [Samantha] and dentist [Dr. Myers] to be exceedingly professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to encounter. Smiling faces, polite "please and thank yous", and patience to clearly explain treatment options. Prior to seeking Aspen Dental's assistance with crowns I was quoted a price from another dentist that was $500 greater than that quoted by Aspen Dental. I had the best experience ever , not only did I need a root canal , the Dr completly calmed me and played music to comfort me , it made the procedure fast , they were able to save a tooth( I was told elsewhere wasn't savable,so thankful I went for a 2 nd opinion ) So incredibly thankful !
