I absolutely hate the dentist but I love the people here at Aspen!!! They extracted all 32 teeth at once and I got my Denters the same day. I had an actual smile again!! The day they did my extractions they closed at 12 in the afternoon but the doctor said he would stay late to give me my smile before Christmas. I couldn’t be happier thanks again.
Holiday weekend, looking for a dentist after breaking a tooth, walked into Roseburg Aspen Dental today and was treated with Top Notch service from the minute I entered those doors! Candace super helpful at the first get go getting me in, Angie made me feel so comfortable while she was preparing and assisting Dr. McKee with the extraction...and his work was quick and flawless! Then all wrapped up with billing and next appt with Matt! What a phenomenal office. Thank you all!
I went to my "new patient appointment", I was impressed with the friendliness, prompt and explaination of every procedure.

I've never waited long in line and the staff have always been amazing! If anything, I've always received a credit from paying over rather than being told I owe more than originally estimated.

Yesterday we walked in to see if we could get a tooth pulled. There was a opening us a few minutes from the time we walked in. The staff up front from checking you in and doing your billing where so wonderful. You where not treated as a dollar sign but instead your a person who they cared about. Did everything to make you feel welcome and wanted there. Then the staff and Doctor cared about what was going on and how they could me you as comfortable as possible. Competent and caring staff. Very knowledgeable and professional while maintaining a feeling of "we are all family and in this together". Highly recommend the Roseburg office.
This was my third visit to the hygienists with Aspen. I had a different one this time so she was new to me. She was pleasant and worked quickly. She appeared a little less confident and experienced from the other hygienist. She did not seem to have complete info on what the previous hygienist used or prescribed on/to me in my file. Not a big issue. She booked my next appointment but did not ask me my preference of day and time. I plan on changing it but again, no big deal, I plan to continue my dental services there.
