So I went in with all my insurance documents and filled out all the necessary paperwork to make an appointment, I show up to the appt 15 mins prior and waited 15 mins later than my appt. First off they miss placed my paperwork, made me wait 15-20 mins past my appt time. Honestly the front desk clerk is clueless. She's not friendly, at times she was lost, didn't ask for help to assist in finding my paperwork. When I got called back to have my exams, i.e... I like the staff here. It's a comfortable environment. Dr. Randol is pretty easygoing. I'm not particularly afraid of going to the dentist, but if you are, he helps you understand your treatment in a way that won't freak you out.

My dad had a broken tooth on his upper denture. Called Aspen Dental they were glad to take him in on short notice and treated him very nice and repaired his denture within a couple of hours also did a bone scan. Would recommend them.
