The dental visit was as perfect as a dental visit can be! I had an urgent matter and I was in pain. To begin with my entry into the beautiful office, I received a warm greeting from the staff and a COVID-19 assessment, Perfect... Dr Kimberley and her assistant was awesome explain en details everything that need to be done and so friend and all smile so was every staff member everyone I spoke with was pleasant and help full Mr Rodriguez was also great with explain every thing that my insurance was going to pay and explained to me wht my out of pocket cost would be . I love this office. So many bright and smiling faces. Dr. Haynes and her assistant Kathy are very friendly and accommodating. They want you to feel like you're at home. If you want to kick off your shoes and curl up under a blanket while they get busy on those choppers. Don't hesitate to ask if they haven't already offered it. I had a great experience from the time walked in to the time I left. Everyone is very personable, down to earth and professional. Ms Sky at the front desk was very helpful. The staff are friendly and very helpful. When I called to make an appointment the young lady who helped me was fantastic. I was even asked a question I had never been asked before anywhere much less at a doctor’s office. I was asked if I had any special needs in which the office could plan for such as handicap issues. That was refreshing as well as unexpected.
