They are unprofessional and do not care about their patients. They do not follow up on urgent matters properly. They take no responsibility and lack empathy for their patients even when the issue is caused by them. They botched a root canal and of course want to take no financial responsibility. Very friendly staff! Great tech for the exam. Prices are ridiculously high! $671 for cleaning. They automatically include the price of a $140 oral b toothbrush without asking. If you don’t question the cost, you bought it. Clearly, they’re getting a kickback for each one. Family of 5, with 3 grown kids that went to the dentist regularly as we moved around, and I’ve never seen prices this high.
Every time I go in to try and get a refund for the ILL fitting Dentures they keep trying to Coerce Me into keeping them even though they do not fit . And according to the Office staff he stated Dentures are not for EATING just for Cosmetic looks . I do not like this . PAYING OUT 10000. FOR SOMETHING I CAN NOT EAT WITH . A BIG WASTE OF MONEY . I WANT THE ADVERTISED MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
