Let me tell you how wonderful Aspen Dental treated us. From the minute you walk in the door, the reception is so friendly. Living on a limited budget, the free exam and X-rays were a blessing. The X-ray tech was so professional and friendly. From there you are examined and review your X-rays with a caring and informative dentist. Afterwards, you sit down with the financial counselor to discuss your choices of action. They offered many discounts and made our plan so affordable. I've never seen a business where you can't reach anyone by phone , always on hold and never answered no matter what option you pick , was going offer my services because they don't have any help just to answer the phones I at a loss as to why they are even open . I can't tell anyone to call that place to be seen , not a happy patient.

I called Aspen Dental in Salisbury MD Thursday the 4th to see if they could get me in because I was having tooth pain. I was told that they were booked up Thursday and Friday but they could take me on Monday as a walk in. When I arrived, I was told that walk-ins were only seen if there is a cancellation and asked if I wanted wait and I guess try to squeeze me in. Salisbury, Md location is very unprofessional. They cancelled my first appointment three hours prior to my appointment and would not answer the phone so that I could reschedule or figure out why. I went in and they claim doctor had an emergency and had to leave and scheduled me for 3 more weeks later. The morning of my appointment, I received an email stating they had to cancel my appointment and to call to get rescheduled. I will not be making another appointment with these people.

Went to Aspen Dental and what an experience…had to call the police and of course would not take the complaint for the harassment and instead they took a complaint from the other (oh the roles when I was the complaint filer) to have me removed me from the property because they (Amanda is the staff member that helped) wanted to keep a positive look as a perception of their business…I need a copy of my BCBS receipt, please email or mail it… I know it was definitely maliciously done because you took a 6 year-old’s X-ray and not ... read more

I went to aspen dental on 4/13/2023 not only did I have to listen to the dr and the assistant talk about how he should of refered me some where else I have called them a total of 3 times in the last 3 days attempting to get a antibiotic for a infected mouth and the doctor is “too busy to write a prescription” $600 for the worst customer service and treatment ever
