RecommendedJust had my initial visit yesterday and found the staff to be very compentant, pleasant and helpful. On completion I did the review and associated costs and discussed options. Waiting on one piece of information to complete and hope to proceed shortly after once all lined up. I waws aware that a fair amount would need to be done and hope I will be able to do it all in one series rather than over a few years.
I have been contacting the main office in New York since 2019. My husband went there, insurance covered (according to the office manager) all but $2400. We paid cash (with receipt) in the amount of $2400 to the same office manager. Went in had procedure. They never did adjustments during visits. Refused to do adjustments. I paid for services and still do not have the product for which I had to pay $2400 for. And now they send me a bill over a year later for more money???? I had a tooth extraction 11/20/2019 at the Salisbury MD location and it was the WORST tooth extraction ever by Dr Troung!!! It caused me a tremendous amount of pain and I’m still in horrible pain!!! It’s been bothering something awful and the tooth next to it which was just fine is missing the whole rear corner which was adjacent to the tooth which was extracted!!! been dealing with Dr Wilson for top plate and inplants and he just doesn't listen to anything you say. not happy
I went in for a cleaning,the appointment was made 4 months ago. Everything had been paid for in advance. When I went the girl told me I owed more money, I said no ,its paid for. I showed her my receipt and told her to look at my profile. Sure enough it was paid. w do they do this to everyone. Let me just say it was a very quick cleaning no flouride or anything. I wont be back and believe me I'll let people know.
I've had appointments since February. To date my treatment has yet to be done. I went today and again Dr. Willison didn't have my treatment plan correct. I'm thousands of dollars in and truly don't know what to do. He had a women from the office come and tell me he wouldn't see me today. All these wrong castings have left me with more issues. My account has been paid in advance. I'd definitely not recommend Aspen Dental.
The office was clean and professional looking. However, big drawback was that I was not told when scheduling the first appt that they don't book you for xrays, exam and cleaning in one visit. I had to wait over 4 months for the first appointment date, only to be told that they would do xrays but the cleaning couldn't be booked for another 8 months. 8 whole months! I contacted Aspen 10 days ago do to severe pain and facial swelling. I was told the earliest they could see me was 10 days later. I asked if I should be put on an antibiotic due to facial swelling. Dr. Wilson said that extra strength Tylenol should be fine. Two days later, I couldn’t open my jaw. I called the emergency line twice. I am still waiting for a call back. Thank goodness I have an amazing primary care doctor who called me in 1700mg of Amoxicillin to clear up the infection (it took a week). Also, thank goodness for ... read more
