2 hours before my appointment I was sent an email notifying me that it needed to be rescheduled. I did not see the email because I was at work. I was told that the appointment had to be rescheduled due to the snow... that’s not supposed to start until after 9:00 tonight � this is the second appointment that they’ve canceled on me.
Had my first appointment on Sat. Am.Had to have an infected tooth removed.Everyone was just so kind.The tooth was extracted in a matter of minutes and I did not even know it was out.PROFESSIONAL.I give them a five star rating and plan to return.
I felt very comfortable and the staff was very friendly, except the x-ray tech. She was very impersonal. I like the options I was given for treatment.
I would like to first of all THANK the staff at Aspen Dental of Salisbury, Md. For going ABOVE AND BEYOND to MAKE SURE my experience with them was profoundly exceptional!! I had received an upper denture from another VERY WELL KNOWN COMPANY KNOWN FOR BEING AFFORDABLE !! So without putting their name right out there- I am sure most can figure out which place I am referring to 😥. The experience there was horrible. The people were nice & friendly. The cost is high but what isn't. Don't care much for their interest rate. Credit card is lot lower.
As far as the x rays and talking to the hygienist and the dentist ..I was okay with them . The price was ridiculous.....6000....really.....If you don't have dental insurance...go somewhere else..400 to extract one tooth...@@#$//immpoorthisplacenotforpoorfolk.##$/&&
