Even with proof of my original appointment they still made me wait 8 months because they messed up my appointment time. Their response was they would call me if there was any cancellations before then. So lemme get this straight. U set my appointment send me an email to confirm and a card. I go to verify appointment and call cause it’s the wrong time and now i gotta wait 8 months to be seen. Worst customer service ever!
Train your employees on better customer service. After my appointment they left me to sit in the green room for over a half hour (woman said that she didn't receive my paper work) Then lower your prices, wanted to charge $7000 (with insurance paying $1000 and another discount) for dentures!!!! This is not the greatest place to visit!!!
I went in they took my blood pressure 162/102 and then did my x-rays told me I needed to have the teeth pulled and shuffled me to another room they took my pressure again 162/104 didn't anyone notice
worst customer service. Unprofessional. and the prices change constantly. gir $5,000 my mans teeth should talk for him. Tues Oct. 9 2018... I had to wait 4 months to get in. All I wanted was a cleaning and a few fillings. As a new patient I go in get full mouth exrays all of that. Then they shuffle me to a desk you need this this and that. I said I don't want all that just a cleaning and fillings. So I had to wait another 2 months to get scheduled for that. I went to Aspen Dental because I had lost my dental insurance and Aspen Dental represented themselves as a good place for people with no dental insurance. Everything started out nice. The first visit was free and I got free x-rays. They gave me a list of what I need done and it looked reasonable. My main problem was a crown that had come off and the tooth was broken off too short to put the crown back on. I was told they could put a post in it and then put on a new crown. The price was $1260. Way too expensive, and too much interest on the financial help. I would end up paying twice over what it's worth. I can get the same thing elsewhere for a third of the price .
I have some serious dental work done in 4 different states by at least 7 different dentists! Aspen Dental was outstanding. The rest of my family will be switching to Aspen and I have given Aspen Dental 2 referrals already!
Had my first visit with Aspen in Salisbury yesterday. The staff was friendly and kind including the dentist that did my exam. Very pleased !
