Went for a new patient visit and they told me i had to have a filling replaced that had come out and i had gingivitis. They scheduled me for a cleaning and i get there and she says i need to give u an exam. She tells me you have periodontitis. Wouldn’t even clean my teeth. They tell me i have to go for 2 visits for periodontitis cleaning them go back every 3 months. I go get a second opinion and i don’t have a filling out and my gums are fine. They were just trying to get alot of money from me. I won’t be going there.

Look at their reviews, especially with the BBB. Horrible place. Temporary dentures broke, literally cracked in half 5 times before they finally made a new set. Teeth fell out. And a year later, still no permanent dentures. Seriously considering looking into a lawsuit due to the hours of work missed. They lost a mold, had to re-do it. Aspen dental is expensive. I was a patient and was not happy about the work they did. I called back to see if they would try to fix my problem but I was put on hold for over 15mins and no one came back to the call. The advertisement is not correct.

Called office said they take walk ins. Came to Salisbury MD office walked in at 1 was told I would have to wait to see if they had a no show at 2 a other person came in, also a walk in he was called back at 2:10 to be seen. I was still not seen 😡 save your time and money go other places. I would not recommend to anyone

🤬🤬🤬My temp teeth have broke 5 times, once completely in half and a tooth has fallen out twice. I’m sick and tired of going into this salisbury Md office. They are NOT doing a DAMN thing to speed up the process to get a replacement set! My next appt isn’t until 11/8/21 and today is only 10/28/21. And teeth have broke 3 times in the last week! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
This was just the worst experience I have ever had at any medical place. I should have ran over 2 months ago when I scheduled an appointment online and then arrive for them to tell me that appointment was not actually available and they would need to rescheduled for 10 weeks later - Emergency - broken tooth - websites says call with emergencies. TRAUMATIZING. ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL AND VERY PAINFUL EXPERIENCE THE ENTIRE TIME I HAVE DEALT W THEM... Zero concern for you or your pain. Strongly recommend you find another avenue especially if you have kids. Very unprofessional and Not qualified. It has shown repeatedly. I get it they take your insurance.... they will also put you in a lot of unnecessary pain Good luck if you use the Salisbury Practice, you will probably regret it.

This place sucks the one in Salisbury MD. There’s always a different dentist working on you always a different person answering the phones I never seen a turn over in a dentist office... Called in 2020 to make an appointment and was told they weren't taking any appointments due to COVID (understandable). Called back in January. Called in January was told I needed to have x-rays. Said I was fine with that and waned my cleaning done at the same time. When I got there I waited over an hour before they took me back for my x-rays. was directed back to the waiting room for another 15 minutes.
