First time patient experience was terrible. Waited a half hour to get in from initial appointment time. Once I got in everything was so rushy (x rays, bp, etc). Then had to wait another half hour in a separate room to see doctor. Finally seen him. Nice, but awful pushy in getting a buck.

I was surprised, and very impressed at the quality of the personnel from the front desk through the dentist and everyone between them. Being the daughter of a dentist, I'm prone to scrutinize others in daddy's profession thoroughly, asking many questions. They answered all of my questions without hesitation. I'm looking forward to having my dental needs taken care of by Aspen Dental 😊

The only decent thing about this place were the ladies at the reception desk. The lady that did my x-rays shoved the plastic pieces in my mouth with no concern to the pain I was in. Then proceded back to the dentist. Where he explained nothing to me other than my wisdome teeth needed to come out. (Which I knew). Gave me a prescription for an antibiotic and ran out the door before I could even ask what it was for. I was on my job...i left work @ 10 for 1030 appt. I was seen@1110got back to work @ 1150...too long a wait

The dentist seemed experienced enough, my problem was that I have numerous cavities that need taken care of. They kept saying that I should get them fixed asap so that they don't need to be pulled like one I am getting removed. But instead of scheduling me a few appointments to come in and get them fixed they put me down for a plan that required me to make 20 office visits! For fillings! It is literally a tooth per visit! And they threw in a $120 toothbrush that I neither asked for nor want. And that's over a thousand dollar... read more

I thought the dentist was terrible and so was the receptionist. .I will never go back there.
