My mom is going here for dentures and I can’t stress enough how absolutely absurd this process has been. She chose Aspen because they are covered by her insurance. They also offer financing for anything beyond what insurance doesn’t cover. Regardless of these facts, if I knew then what I know now, I never would have allowed my mom to go here. Was told it would be $128 for a simple extraction, get there and the price changes to $270. The website even says $128. The lady that made the appointment said 128. They make up their own prices at Sandusky office. Staff were rude when I questioned it. Total waste of my time and I'm still in pain!!

My appointment was 11;30 on a already rescheduled appointment by them and I’m still sitting here and they tried to get me to reschedule again

Just had a broken tooth and needed it pulled. I do not have insurance. They would be glad to help me. They wanted $7500.00!!! What?!?! I just want my tooth pulled. They got it down to $5000.00! They would be glad to finance it, yes, I’m sure they would. Couldn’t get out of the door fast enough. Never again!

They are very sneaky and are not upfront and honest. They get you in there and try to upgrade things they are handling for you. The finance person is very very rude and shouldn’t even be working there. And there is no one to complain to about anything. Stay away. Go to a real dental office.

Had 3 appointments canceled with no call. Dentist ruined my crown that had fallen off. Danielle told me to calm down after she poked my mouth extra hard. Will never return.

Horrible experience and rude staff. They lied about payment plans, the wanted everything up front before they would help me. I went in with a shattered molar and was in extreme pain. They wouldn’t listen to me to address that tooth and wanted to do a bunch of other stuff first. I eventually walked out. While doing so, they gave me attitude as well. I won’t be back and I won’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

My first appointment was cancelled. I drove 40 minutes to the appointment in ice and snow, and they said they had been trying to call me for the last hour and a half. I double checked the number that they had for me and it was correct. I had no missed calls and no messages. I rescheduled. My second appointment was on time.
