The Staff,and Office management amiable courteous and professional. Dr Lau is an Amazing DDS. I'd use them even if they were Out of Network.
Dr. K, oral surgeon, was AMAZING! My 13 y/o daughter loved him. From his technique to his bedside manner was nothing short of caring. I highly recommend him! Thank you again!
Not quite as painful as the time I pulled a tooth with a pair of pliers. J/K. not painful at all. One staff member Lisa, in particular, on my last visit made the whole experience very pleasant. Lisa is knowledgeable, patient, and quite personable . Nice smile too. A testament to the work they do there?
From the first emergency visit with Dr Lau, DDS I had great experience, his assistant Lisa W made me comfortable and calmed me down(I am the nervous type when it comes to needles and doctors) as he did the examine and got me what I needed until I had more oral surgery to remove two wisdom teeth... The staff here is amazing! They made me feel comfortable and went beyond to helping me with appointments and financial, the dentist explained everything simple and clear and I feel that everything will work out.
Can't find enough good things to say about this place! They made a horrible experience seem like a walk in the park today for me! Thanks so much!
