Only two handicapped parking spaces taken by nonhandicaped people. After filling out about 5 pages of info and waiting another hour finally saw the dentist for about 1 minute. Somebody was supposed to bring a price list for what I wanted done. After about 20 minutes I left without the info. 2 days later I got a call with the pricing. Reminded of city employees. About 4 people standing around watching 1 person work. This was in Sandusky Ohio.

I have gone in twice and twice the doctors have had to do re-work on my teeth. However, now I try to call and no one answers. I need to get my last dental work fixed before I move.

Worst treatment from a Dentist Office, bar none! Also, there TV add, was false advertising. They have No payment plan. U must pay for everything Before u will even be seen. They would not work with me at all for payment. I will never recommend them to anyone. Ever!

Horrible experience. I scheduled an appointment as a new patient. I arrived early to fill out my paperwork. 3 people were behind the reception desk. There were zero patients. Not a single person greeted me. I sat for 15 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. all the while, one person was on a personal phone call, and then began braiding the other person's hair. Let me tell you a story, I have a bad tooth, it hurts like hell Im not gonna lie to you. I want it pulled, so I called Aspen Dental to try to get some relief. I went in and told them i have no insurance until January 1st, that I am just here for this one tooth and to get some pain relief. They repreeceded to give me X-rays upon Xrays, did an exam and presented me a bill for almost $7000.00. Even fitted me for an invisaline, why the hell do i need that, my teeth are straight. SIMPLE EXTRACTION [!] STARTING AT: $124 was $154 This was the worse experience in my life of going to a dentist. We had called in to get a quote on a broken tooth and getting an implant to replace it. We were told $1500.00, so we made an appointment. took advantage of Aspen dental free checkup and exrays to get a second opinion. there opinion for same work came in nearly $5000 than the other dentist. Big difference when you have no dental insurance. they were very nice, on time and will go back.

The wait time is absolutely ridiculous and no one tells you what is taking so long. 3:30 appt and finally seen by the doctor 2 hrs. later. Worse then an emergency room!!!

First appt and waited for 1.5 hrs. Yes everyone apologized but still didn't correct the situation. Terrible way to run a business. Don't schedule people if there are no rooms available or appt slots or at least call and cancel if it is going to be such a mess.
