This was the worst appointment ever, I waited about 30min, then they took X-rays , sat me in another room for 30 more minutes, then a dentist came in look in my mouth for about 2min, said everything looked great. I sat there 25 more minutes, then a lady came and asked if I had insurance, I gave her my card then she said are you on welfare, I said look at the card, then she gave me in estimated cost of $1700, for two cleanings, saying she couldn't verify the insurance. My first time in after a few years, I had to fill out paper work again sat and waited a good half hour then told me to come back in an hour as the procedure would take too long and would interfere with their lunch break. After everything was paid the lady said I didn't owe any more money. I then got a bill in the mail for the remaining amount. Good dental work, just missed a bone fragment which surfaced and I pulled out myself 2 months later. Absolutely pain free tooth extraction by the lady dentist.
Horrible place. Made a appointment a week ahead of time for 2:45pm. Day of appointment went in 15 minutes early, completed paperwork and all before my appointment time. Waited for so long that i didnt even get past the waiting room till 6:00pm. On top of waiting sooooooooo long. The nurses and assistance didnt acknowledge that i was there. Just talked to each other and did there work. Dentist didnt speak to me and was very short when asked a question. The dentist and oral surgeon are great!!! For them I'd give 5stars!!! However, I always seem to have to wait over an hour and only get seen once I ask how much longer, even though I signed in. This includes the day of my extraction, allowing the pill I had to help during the procedure to where off making extraction horrible!!!!
