I was treated like a queen the first time I went for dentures I did have problems because I let them pull all 17 teeth that day and we couldn’t stop the bleeding for 12 hrs this was in nov. 20,19 im am still waiting for my permanent dentures in Aug 2020, I have had way too many cancellations and rescheduled, after I received my permanent dentures I told them my bottom dentures was not fitting right and was told they were and I would have to use adhesive to keep them in I ask to see the dr and he agreed to refit them and I w... read more

I got my wisdom teeth removed in the office after they told me if I did sedation it would have me so calm I wouldn’t be concerned and would feel no pain. The sedation medication does not Work I sat In the chair crying have anxiety attacks. Then was told if they made you feel like you would be asleep.you Need to leave. I felt obligated to stay so I stayed and get my wisdom teeth pulled while screaming and trying to make them stop. I will NEVER make my children go through this! I had a root canal done 31/2 months ago. Tonight the bottom half of the tooth came off, which explains the glue substance that was left on the outside of my bridge. $2100 for dental work and wishing I had never walked in the door.
Erika Maples Cato is rude and very unprofessional. She has bashed me and my family on numerous occasions and I have proof. I have been looking for a dentist but I will never let her touch my mouth. Because of her unprofessionalism I will never recommend aspen dental to anyone
They most certainly do NOT help you, “no matter what.” If you don’t have good enough credit for an outside loan, you’re just out! I was told by the dentist that he would help me with a situation that I’ve had to deal with for 4-5 years now, and would be best for an oral surgeon to extract my teeth for dentures. My responsibility would’ve been quite a bit of money, even with Delta Dental insurance. My teeth are so bad that they’re scraping and causing some of the problems with my mouth.
