Do these ppl at aspen dental think I'm here for them no I don't think so I'm not happy at all with aspen dental in Searcy Arkansas they made an app. For me I didn't know anything about what's up with that I work I have a job I can't just take off when they want me too I'm sick of it and that place if I hadn't all ready paid for most of my work I'd tellem what they could do and when I do get it all done I will never go back I feel they owe me money now I'll just be glad when I'm done there ... Aspen Dental advertises no surprises, but this was not the case. I filled out the paperwork indicating the last time I had been to the dentist was a year ago. My insurance only pays for full mouth xrays once every five years. If insurance billing personnel had been more knowledgeable and conscientious, I would not have been left with this surprise if the staff of Aspen Dental in Searcy, AR had done their jobs correctly. Went in for an initial consultation and they staff was very friendly. The prices are pretty high but after insurance it's acceptable. The young lady actually called my insurance while I waited instead of calling me back. I am waiting to see how the rest of my visits go.

Had an appointment for 12:15 on a Monday... Waited and waited and finally 1 1/2 hours later was called to the back to an office where I was told they didn't have enough help that day and would need to reschedule me for 5:15 the following day... I called before second appointment to see if they were on schedule and was told to come t 5:00 and they would get me right in... Didn't like their services, wanted almost $3,000 just to treat and clean my gums when I was just going in there for a teeth cleaning, I'm not paying that much money and will not go back there EVER AGAIN my boyfriend didn't like them either so

I was not impressed with Dr. Ragland. I needed a denture repair and all he could do was insist I needed the most expensive plate they offered. I live on a disability income that would never allow me to make such a large purchase. I did not like him. I waited two hours to be called back and that was having an appointment. Patient services were discussed at the front desk for others to hear. Not very professional!!!! I will not go back!!
