Fuck Aspen
Not happy I made an appointment then they said no I didn’t my son was in pain n they said come back tomorrow n we can get x-rays n fill out paperwork then in another appointment fix your tooth Really? He was in so much pain I said that is stupid he needs help now so we left found another dentist in Searcy that helped us immediately thank you Dr Showalter
The female dentist was rude hateful and down right mean. I ended up walking out crying! She treated me horribly! Stay away from there!

I had a horrible experience at Aspen. The female dentist was condescending and rude to me. She told me my teeth are bad because AND I QUOTE -“your teeth are in this shape because you obviously don’t take care of them and you eat sweets all day long and never brush them and you've obviously never used floss a day in your life.” Then she points to my son, sitting in the corner minding his business, and says “and he’s going to have the same problems because I’m certain you don’t teach him good hygiene.” First, anyone that reall... read more
Over priced, misleading advertising. Dentist doesn't show up 2 Mondays in a row. Dentures don't fit. Unprofessional. They are only there to take your money.

My hygienist and assistant were both wonderful. The rest of it seemed to just be an unorganized mess. I waited 40 minutes after my appointment time before I was finally taken back for x-rays. They never entered my insurance information in so I wasn't able to have anything but an x-ray done. I have to reschedule and make another trip to even have a cleaning done. I called and talked to them about my husband's 6 yr old nephew. He needed a baby tooth pulled out cause the adult tooth was coming in behind it. The lady said they had a promo going on for tooth extraction for $104. They took all the info on him and made an appt. When I got him there I filled out paper work and returned it to the desk.
