I had my cleaning appointment recently and was extremely pleased with the Hygienist. She was thorough and clearly stated the health of my teeth. The office was pleasant and clean.

Used the aspen dental location pkwy sevierville I myself am not to fond of going to see the dentist but we all need to see them from time to time.... They do have great doctors and very good dental assistants.....U may find urself feeling right at home sitting in the chair.... I have never really liked the dentist but im almost excited any time I have to go to this one very good people. ...... Thanks guys at aspen dental for all u have done......

I haven't used the one in Sevierville but I have used the one in Morristown. If I need to I will use the one in Sevierville.

The staff where wonderful people and it’s sad that the main performer discredits the whole experience. I understand that they where behind on there appointments and the so-called dentist was in a hurry, however it doesn’t entirely excuse such incompetence as I witnessed. I honestly believed this guy got his degree paid for and not earned. He seemed very unconcerned about fixing my teeth or care that he should be providing. Due to lack of explanation of procedure or options and did not get back with me about father procedures. The dentist that did my procedure did not even explain what he was about to do what he was doing while I was sitting in the chair and he did not even tell me when he dropped the chair back to lay me down and that was just the start

Took my daughter in yesterday for a broken tooth. Sat in the waiting room for approx 30 minutes. Once called back they did X-rays and put us in a room where we waited 40 minutes for the dentist to come in. Once he came in he looked at the X-rays for a few seconds and then told me my daughter would need a root canal. He didn’t even look in her mouth. Very rude and unprofessional. I will never go back!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I had a crown fall off and a very tender gum area on Saturday, July 2. I understand not being able to get in immediately due to a three day Holiday weekend. I was scheduled an emergency appointment for Thursday, July 7 at 3 pm in Knoxville. I was informed I would receive a follow up call and email with all the information. Nothing. I called Aspen in Sevierville at 8:30 AM on Thursday for more info since they are my primary dentist location. They could not locate any appointment, anywhere for me.
