All new employees. would not recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. can't think of anyone I dislike that much. that girl on the front is so rude she is on the parkway in Sevierville, tn. she needs to be fired.

My first appt at Aspen Dental in Sevierville was in May of 2018. Team was great everyone seemed super nice and things were clean. I hadn’t been to the dentist for a few years so I knew I would need some work. First thing I had to have done was getting three wisdom teeth extracted, which went really well from what I can tell. I then had to have two root canals with crowns put on and then one crown for a chipped tooth. I have no issue with the dentist just the lady at the front desk. Got extractions and a denture on top. One of the extraction sites abscessed so I call back to get an antibiotic and the lady wants to argue with me that I should go to my regular dr. No.. this is a mouth issue stemming from the work done. So I come in and get told I should sit for 4.5 hours to wait for an open appt time. I literally just need antibiotics so this doesn’t keep draining into my body making me very sick. Probably should’ve been given antibiotics i... read more

I have been using Aspen Dental in Sevierville for about 5 years now. The prices were a little lower than other Dentist I have seen in the past (I am on a fixed income) and they provided good service...until today. I noticed a lot of new employees in the office and after my cleaning, I was informed that I needed a deep cleaning, which was expensive and required 4 more visits (I could not afford this on my income). Can’t get anything right after a year and several wasted trips I have had there state auditor day it’s not right but I can’t get to speak to anyone else above office level don’t waste time or your money

I'd been suffering with a severe toothache for 24 hours and called for an emergency appointment. They made one for the afternoon of the next day. I had to suffer another 24 hours before I could be seen. So much for emergency services. I came in early to do the paperwork and still waited 40 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time. First I had to suffer thru 18 x-rays then I was sent to an exam room. The doc agreed the tooth needed to come out.
