This place is a joke. I’ve had to come back to this place over 10 times because they do such low quality work that it will not hold up or make things worse. The only reason I keep coming back is because they offer to fix it for free but I’m seriously about to take the loss and go to a real dentist to get it right the first time. No one knows what they are doing from the front desk all the way up to the actual dentist. I went in having high hopes for this place. Four of my close friends and family spoke highly of Aspen so I decided to give them a try. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVED Dr. Johnson and his staff. They were super sweet and very accommodating. However, my problem is with their assistant office manager who handles the financing. Her lack of a professionalism is beyond me. Cheap cheap cheap price for exam and all the X-rays, however, they had no interest in helping me for the reason I came in from out of town in pain, they were only interested in getting me to agree to sign up for over $2,000.00 in work, left after over 90 minutes of that wonder exam and up sale with the same pain I went in with!!! The dentist is very nice and personable, but the process of the company is worse then going to a car lot!!!
Ripped me off put me in debt..can barely afford it told me my insurance covered everything..besides a certain amount..so I did the dental first financing..for a 1000$ then after all my work I had done I got a bill for 700$ due in full..on a week that I had absolutely know idea about. 4 weeks after the last work was done do not go here.
I recently moved from NC to Sevierville, TN and booked my appointment for August 3, 2017, back in March 2017. In July 2017, I received an email asking me to confirm the appointment which I did. When I arrived at 4:30pm for my appointment the receptionist told me that "there was no way I could have an appointment at 5:15 pm because they closed at 5:00pm". The people all were very nice. It just seemed that everything was about money, even though nobody would tell me the price of anything until they get you in the finance room. They won't even make a follow-up appointment until you pay 60% of the total bill first. I think I need to get at least one more estimate. $6800 seems really high for what they say I need done.
I had a 9:30 appointment for a "consultation" for a cleaning at 12:15 they still weren't finished, I was waiting in a room for quite some time.. not like any other dentist appointment that I have ever had. I don't recommend this place.
I went in with a pain in a back tooth, nothing was done but pictures. I was told I had infection but no antibiotics were given. I was in severe pain 2 weeks prior to my appointment and it's been over a week since I have been and I'm still in pain. The only thing they were concerned about was what the dentist was going to buy one of the assistants for her birthday in August and something about a sugar daddy. Very disappointed and disgusted
Definitely not going to come back . You actually got my money back to me , that I would have rather paid to have a good visit . Unfortunately I think your dental team are unprofessional and don't follow guidelines .
