Every day I get even more mad about the removal of a tooth I had Wednesday not only was it very painful in the surgery they had to cut the tooth and gums to get it out but they also dropped the tool in my mouth cutting my tongue so bad that they had to put stitches in my tongue and gums and they they didn’t even address that they cut my tongue so gave me no advice how to take care of it and when I went home I tore the stitches in my tongue not knowing and now Sunday night when cleaning my teeth and gums I noticed a huge piec... read more

basically I went in for toothpain. I told Dr Johnson, its been hurting for over two weeks now. he looked at the xrays then looked at my mouth and said, "yeah you got the early stages of some gum disease." if you dont take care of it, you'll be putting your teeth in a cup.. oh and your hurt tooth needs a root canal. talk to my financial advisor , have a nice day. didnt address the pain I was having , nothing. At first they promised excellent care and great comfort during the next several procedures. They were well aware of my difficulties and stated they understood. There was a couple appointments that even tho I arrived 15 to 20 min early. I waited over an hour on one appointment. I drive a distance they could of called to see if I could reschedule! went in for filling on four teeth waited for ever and finally the dentist comes in and starts numbing my mouth three shots in his cell phone rings he looks at it and said I have to get this comes back 15 mins later and finishes needless to say my teeth hurt more now then ever and went to some one else today and gonna cost me twice as much to fix there screw up aspen dental is a joke and a waste of money filing a dispute on credit card tomm for the amount that I was charged st there office to screw my teeth up
How do you guys two weeks ago at Stand up for Vets tell a vet you’ll help him at no charge, then tell him you now can’t help. My cousin who is sick herself drove her husband to you, from NC only to be told when they got there there is no funding left to help and then want $1000 - $2000 to fix his denture. Not a good way to treat our veterans.
Wow! What a joke. Took 3 temporary crowns before my permanent came in, then it is so poorly made you would think it's supposed to be shaped like your tooth. Wrong. The billing and finance lady is like the used car salesman from hell. You definitely can't trust her. What kind of quality care can you get from a dentist that shoves 50 patients through a day? My advise is get to a real dentist that takes the time and really cares. Got me this time but never again, shame on you all!
