WENT LAST YEAR GOT ESTIMATE OF 4,100.00 JUST WENT BECAUSE BEEN WORKING AND SAVING TO GET WORK DONE NEW ESTIME 4,900 HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE EVEN DENTIST SAID I WAS AN A EMERGENCY CASE SO THEIR CHRGING ME 800 MORE WHEN I HAVE 10 LESS TEETH THEN THE ESTIMATE LAST YEAR I LEFT CRYING AND CONFUSED

Poor customer service! There are many other Great LOCAL dentist that are priced better and have wondeful customer service! I personally will never step foot back in their building!

My husband went to aspen dental in Alcoa and had a wonderful experience, at least as wonderful as a dentist appointment can be. So I decided I would give them a try, but chose the Sevierville location instead because it is closer to where I work and in a more familiar area. My appointment was at 1pm, the first appointment time after lunch. I was a new patient, so I showed up at 12:30 to make sure to have time for paperwork. strong arm tactics to spend $14000 plus on dental work. Original problem was not fixed. Another tooth who's crown was removed was worked on extensively. Original tooth still chipped and now more sensitive than before. Aspen dental will now ask for more money to fix original and only problem. Do NOT go to this office.! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! and I still have to return there.

Dentist there don't know what he is doing. I wouldn't recommend this denist to anyone.

The assistants and people out front were great but the Dentist was horrible he was talking about all kinds of personal stuff and he was very impatient cause mouth didn't numb right away and he got mad cause I moved a little bit and he said he wasn't goin to pull my tooth that I'd have to come back and they would give me Happy Pills! If you are a young woman, or a woman in general I would not suggest this "dentist". My appointment was at 10:15 and I didn't get out of there until 2 hours later! I even filled out my paperwork ahead of time. I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life! Dr Gary was very vulgar towards me, talked about his sexual encounters and how he used to "swing his penis around like candy to attract the ladies" I feel so sorry for those young women working there, I'm sure he has made them feel uncomfortable a time or two or ten. so ill shoot it straight,,,went with the wife and she got an ex ray of her tooth too see if she needed it pulled or just the crown glued back on.... so about 20 mins later we were taken to see some lady in a room telling us she had an infection so bad it needed to be taken out..then told use she would be better off getting about $2000 worth of cleanings ji+Gingivitis treatments a set of dentures and all kinds of crazy stuff...this is a falsehood,,,We took the xrays too a dentist who has been here 20 years ,,,did not say anyt... read more
