Wonderful. Had a bad experience at another dental group this morning and needed a second opinion. Called Aspen and they got me in for an emergency visit due to the pain I was having. Maybe waited 15-20 min. Once in everyone was so sweet, professional and thorough. The doctor found similarities in what the doctor hours before had. THE DIFFERENCE... the doctor here gave me several options and ideas and treatment plans as to what could be going on instead of saying there was nothing they could do. I felt comfortable the moment I stepped inside. Friendly attentive staff and clean office. I recommend the Aspen Dental group on Youree Dr. in Shreveport to anybody who needs work done. Also, my bill was large, and I don't have insurance. Their financing options are not notch. I give these folks 5 stars!

I went to Aspen Dental yesterday for my first visit, I am BEYOND scared and explained to them why and what happened to me when I was younger, They ALL understood and made me feel so comfortable, believe me when I say my teeth are in very bad shape, because of my fear, with 4 cracked teeth and a few with cavities they will be fixed, Most of my teeth are being saved and I will be able to smile again, The staff was so caring, kind and understanding, I highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who needs dental work done, My second... read more
