Went in just for a cleaning and X-rays... Ended up with X-rays and invisalign X-ray thingy that I didn’t ask for 🤨 Didn’t stay for my cleaning bc I didn’t know how much longer it was going to be, was there 2hrs. Nice ppl tho 🤷🏼♀️ but I’d rather pay full price instead of using my insurance and get what I want 😏

I had a dental emergency where a sharp pain was shooting through my left bottom jaw! I called the on call line over 14 times in a 2 day period. My pharmacist also called! I’m not at all happy that I spent my entire weekend no sleep, can’t eat. In full tears in excruciating pain! I take loratab for chronic pain now for over 15 years and the dentist tells me to allow the ibuprofen to kick in! Wait what? If you plan on getting a job here.....don’t!!! They work you for 3 weeks and don’t want to pay you. Refuse to put you on the payroll or in the computer system then ask for your resignation after you ask for your pay. Sad sad sad.

Changed offices for better care! Been to this one three times and they have yet fixed or listened to what I want in my mouth. Walked out today as it was still messed up and not fixed. Pretty bad this 6 month ordeal is going on 2.5 years! Yet they already have my money!
How in World I didn't read all these reviews before I go there! First of all they will waste all the time you have, my appointment was at 3:30 I arrived at 3:15 so they called me at 4:05 after complaining so the doctor can work with me at 4:20 😡. This place isn’t a dentist office, it is more like a car sales environment, with pressure sales closer at the end. Really wished that I didn’t have this experience.
Don’t recommend anything. Finance person was the rudest man I’ve ever met. I wrote a decent review while I was there before all my work was done but now that I never have to go back it was an aweful experience!

(not gonna rate since there's not a 0) But.. What don't I recommend? REALLY?? I would recommend turning around and running as fast as you can to a 'REAL dentist who listens to you, who tries to make you comfortable, someone who will do their best to work out a payment arrangement you CAN afford. NOT a dentist office where the hygienist tries to tell you, you need your gums scraped and tries to make you sign right then for it!
