It's like a cattle drive. Too many people at one time making everyone wait way to Long for treatment. I had to wait 45 minutes in chair for the dentist to see me.

I took my 15 year old daughter to Aspen because they had a constulantion & x-rays for 19.99. The dentist herself was EXCELLENT & made Tianna fill very comfortable & myself. The front office is under staffed. They were able to clean her teach & fill a cavity to prepare her for braces. I had a very bad headache & cold, so I took Tianna back & asked if I needed to do anything else. Watch out. I think they are in the business to sell you things you don’t need (how about a $135 toothbrush that was “given” without the understanding that it was not a promotion). They don’t state clearly upfront what Individual procedures cost (just one big “plan”).Their accounting is kinda shady. We'll see how this turns out after I hear back from my dental insurance group. The girls were really nice but the Asian dentist was horrible I didn't like him at all. He talked to me like was 12 and stupid. I will never go back if I have to deal with him.

I had a lot of pain on the right side of my jaw and was fortunate to get an appointment early afternoon. X-rays were taken and the dentist reviewed them as well as examine inside my mouth. After about 30 minutes the dentist said he wasn't sure what was going on, APOLOGIZED HE COULDN't help me and he said he was going to refer me to a dentist in Franklin, TN. All aspen dental is good for is they want your money try to get you to get shit done that you don't need done will not go back
Worst dentist I ever went to, beside the service and running the bill up for no reason. Many other choices in Smyrna to go to!
