This was the worst experience l have ever had at a dentist off it toke 5 hr and the max amount of novcane to sleep the area to pull my tooth.they still were unable to pull it after 2 weeks of major pain finally saw surgeon to have moler cut out......
Don't waste your time here. They don't have any specialists on site and if you have an emergency will most likely be sent to a different office. If you want basic cleaning and x rays that's fine. I cancelled with them also because I had an operation done there. (After two weeks of waiting with a severe tooth ache and not given anything) which got infected. This is the worst dentist office that I have ever been to. It seem like all they were interested in was money. They did not care about the time you spent in their office. What I mean is my first visit I sat in the chair with nobody around me. I sat there this was supposed to be an extraction visit ended up being a consultation and until I push why was there they were not going to pull my tooth that was bothering me I sat in the chair for 45 minutes and did not see anybody I text my wife and told her I was fixing to walk out.... read more
The manager is not prepared or educated enough to hold the position. Lacks people skills. The DDS also lacks in communication skills. My first few visits went ok. I paid everything up front. Over 5K. It then turns out they wanted 3K more to remove tori from lower mouth. How the Hell did they miss that????? I just went ahead with the uppers and again that went ok.
