The manager is not prepared or educated enough to hold the position. Lacks people skills. The DDS also lacks in communication skills. My first few visits went ok. I paid everything up front. Over 5K. It then turns out they wanted 3K more to remove tori from lower mouth. How the Hell did they miss that????? ... See more I just went ahead with the uppers and again that went ok. I love aspen dental it is the best office staff and I love the doctor she is great from my first visit until still going I would recommend this doctor and office staff to everyone and anyone who will listen

Aspen Dental does a horrible job. About a month ago I went in a for a routine cleaning and regular checkup. I was told I need fillings, I supposedly got everything done correctly and was charged over a $1,000. After a very short time I realized I could not eat comfortably and had a lot of pain in my molars. I went to another clinic and was told that the fillings had not been placed and that I had exposed nerve endings from the filing performed by the supposed dentists. The n... I was a new patient. I arrived a few minutes early to allow time to full out forms. When I walked in there was no one at the front. I stood there for 10 minutes before a door opened up and all of the front desk girls came filing out from eating lunch. Very unprofessional in my opinion, there should be someone up there at all times and of not the door should have been open so they could see if anyone came in. I got my teeth cleaned a week ago there and they took no x rays. I checked in gave them my new dental insurance info. Heather at front desk says you owe 29.00. They didnt verify my new insurance yet because I just gave it to her. I refused to pay it. I told them when I scheduled the appt I didnt have my new dental insurance info yet so they said bring it with you. Before I got there they verified my old policy. Never let Aspen dental open a line of credit for you! If you end up not needing it and still come with your insurance information to pay for it. They will charge what your insurance will pay for and put whatever you are supposed to pay on the line of credit against your wishes.

I very unhappy with Aspen Dental I had an upper partial made thru them and had to of the front teeth fall out very bad quality and workmanship well am not going back

My 84 y/o mother when to Aspen Dental in Smyrna. She had her teeth cleaned and dentures realigned-they broke 4 months later. She had to make an advance payment of $659.40, basically everything in advance. According to them and her insurance there is a credit on her account of over $200.00, and they will not give it to her.

Still waiting on a call back its been a week since I left a message and two days since I called them back and talked to the front desk.. Starting to get aggravated with their customer service and will take my business elsewhere!
