Service was absolutely horrible I was advised to take pills I told them would not work yet and still.I was given whatever they wanted to push on me..I did not take any advice or pills from them and I will not go back
Went in with an abcess.. Found after xrays it was a root tip left from a pulled tooth.. I had the exam by hygenist and dentist for partials.. No concern was made toward my excruciating pain I was enduring from my jaw and a knot under my tongue. I was poked and gaged for a plan.. Little did i know i had a cavity under a crown and it was explored with the same tool she measurements were made with. I expected to have my dental issues met this morning. I arrived at the Hermitage , TN (off Leb Pike & OHB) 8am in pain and 2 hrs latter I still had not received cost information or treatment for my ailing tooth. Moreover, staff appeared to be more interested in UPSELLING instead of addressing my issue Please advise it this is customary. Thanks
first time I went to Aspen, it was a great experance, the staff and dentist were first rate, really the dentist should have her own office, shes that good, this time , it was uncomfortable, and VERY EXPENSIVE, ok, I know I need work, so anyway, we get down to there "package", well long story short, the more I talked to the dentist, the more uncomfortable I got, so I asked for a refund, as I had paid half up front, office Manger said he ran the refund over 3K , I dont see it, they had there money in 5 minutes,, I should ... read more
Appointment 30 minutes late followed by Hygienist kept leaving room...they took X-rays after my cleaning which was very uncomfortable

They take so long. They will tell you are things over the phone that are not true. It was very bad experience and I will never go back again
