Went in to get a front tooth replaced and I ended up needing a partial plate but first they wanted to do a deep cleaning which was $1000 out-of-pocket after insurance and then had to come in for impressions they took the impressions. I chose the tooth color now. After three weeks I stopped by and they had not set my impressions off. Apparently they lost the color code. Then they sent them off and got the right color code. They were paid for in full, for a back molar crown which I have not received. The Insurance company was double billed and billed for services that were not even eligible yet. I have tried filing grievances and to no avail. I have gotten estimates to have this done out of pocket ( Since my nerves are exposed) and it will be at least $1300. It’s a shame I will have to pay someone else to do services that Aspen dental has been paid for. Non caring and dishonest place of business. Beware!!

I had my teeth pulled on Tuesday. This is a chunk off tooth i pulled halfway out with my finger nail then had my lady on Mother’s Day pull the rest out. That not even all that is left in my month that need to come out. They over numbed me, the dentist was in a rush to get off so he looped my sutures instead of making them individual. It’s been day 3 of their phones being down and I live in Lebanon my friend had an appt he got there canceled without warning cause phone system down I’m in a lot of pain had my teeth done Thursday how the heck am I suppose to get ahold of someone?!(!( and if I drive up there and their closed ima be pissed
They talked me into getting all my teeth pulled with the promise of better health and living with their dentures we’ll guess what I’ve got a mouth full of empty promises that I can’t wear or eat normal again and all the teeth are crooked, most horrible experience I’ve ever been through, I’m now saving my money to get replacement somewhere else
Hold on to your wallet these people will take you for all they can. it's too bad because their staff is really nice but their accounting practices are shady as hell. I spent over 10k on bridges and they double billed me and backcharged me claiming my insurance didn't pay but my insurance paid 100% . this has now negatively affected my credit even though I have proof the charges are wrong. this is going to take forever to clean up my credit. do yourself a favor and find a local business to deal with...really disappointed.

Aspen dental are liars! Their website even says they’ll take Walk ins, I called on Wednesday to see if they’d take walk ins and they said yes the DO but I went in this morning and the lady said they are not taking walk ins! I am in pain..

!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM ASPEN DENTAL at Kansas Expy, Springfield 65803 AT ALL COST!!!!!!! This place is an absolute scam. Do not ever go here. They charged me a total $2400 for the whole procedure of tooth implan but they didn't do it. All they did was taking my tooth out, doing a bone graft, and doing a tooth cleaning, x-ray, photos. The woman on the phone assured me they deal with people with extreme phobias all the time. I called about a bad wisdom tooth laying on the nerve. I went in for a free consultation and x rays. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis so I warned them my jaw doesn't open wide. X-rays were a challenge and it took 2 techs just to end up smacking the bad tooth and bringing me to tears. FF to the dentist.
