RecommendedI have had over 15 years of bad experiences with dentists. I had bad teeth from not taking care of them, drinking too much soda and then I stopped going to the dentist all together. We found Dr. Janarthanan and every experience we have had from her and her staff had been nothing but the best. One of the worst experiences we have had at the dentist. They reminded us of a used cars ales person. High pressure sales, the free consultation is a trap.Once you get into sales office they will say you need thousands of dollars worth of dentistry, when in fact you only need a couple of hundreds of dollars worth of work. My recommendation is businesses like this need to shut down, especially in a pandemic. We need help and good customer service and not to be taking advantage of.
Worst service ever. This was my first time going there and my last time as well. They tried to push a $135 toothbrush and insisted I needed a deep cleaning treatment that was not covered by my insurance. Which is a crock
They asked to verify insurance 3 different times over the phone after I had already submitted everything online (as the e-mail instructed, after making an appt). Should be more cautious about PHI. All I needed was a quick cleaning, because my normal dentist couldn't get me in for a few months. I'm usually in & out (maybe an hour total, including xrays). After waiting 90 minutes, I still didn't get my teeth cleaned and never met the dentist. I will not be back.

Over charge on all procedures! And do half the work
They over charge and are deceptive in their advertising.
Before starting my dental work, I was given a statement which I was expected to pay in full before work was initiated - and I did. My insurance company received mulitple duplicate charges by this company some of which were not even applicable to me and some doubled charged. It was a mess. Do not, and I repeat DO NOT trust them with your health. In late 2017 I had to have two baby teeth (yes, as an adult) removed and bridges put in. It cost me around $5,000 to have this done. This year I went to a different dentist for a checkup and my teeth were perfect except we found in x-rays that these bridges were TERRIBLY done and had to be replaced or I was at risk of losing my teeth. When a bridge is put in, it is supposed to be flush against your tooth and not leave any room for food or bacteria to get underneath it.... read more
