If I could give them a zero I would. Completely incompetent office staff.
Aspen Dental took me in and developed a treatment plan right away. Everything was broken down into five visits. My teeth are pretty bad, but nothing they couldn’t take care of.
If you enjoy being scammed, this is your place! Be prepared to be over charged and SOLD unnecessary dental treatment. Do yourself a favor play 1/4 the cost somewhere else. Find a private practice dentist who won't sell you treatment you don't need to meet their quota.
I was very disappointed in my experience at Aspen Dental and I will not be returning. Their business model is offensive and borderline unethical. They require you to come in for an intital intake with a few staff members and the dentist before you can schedule a cleaning. Not impressed. Staff was friendly & polite, but completely ignored my "special needs". I'm autistic & had written a note for my file requesting they give me extra time to process verbal information. No one read it, apparently. Kinda feel like this place is a scam. The website shows great prices, but when you click on "terms", it goes to a blank page. When I asked for a prescription for the infection and for the pain the office manager literally laughed in my face. It was incredibly rude and I won't be going back.
My first and only visit to Aspen Dental was very pleasant up to the point of having to talk with Mandy S., the financial aid person, I believe is her position. The dental tech and Dentist, Dr. Goodman (temp dentist the day I visited), was super nice and understanding to my wants and needs related to my dental care.
