Dentist was rude, , absolutely worst experience I could have imagined. I now have sores on the inside of my mouth from the xrays.
I recommended this place to my wife for a cracked molar because of the free exam and x-ray. She has great teeth and healthy gums, but they still tried to sell her $2200 of “dental deep cleaning” which is only necessary for severe periodontal disease. Her tooth did need work, but she took her business to someone else.
Do not use Aspen Dental! All they care about is money. They tried to tell my daughter she needed all these things done and we had a second and third opinion at which time we were told that Aspen has a reputation for recommending medically unnecessary services just to make money. We did not go back and OVER A YEAR LATER we get a bill saying we owed more. So glad I took my daughter elsewhere before these crooks took more of her money.
3.5 hours for a consultation. We pre-paid for our next appointments but changed our mind and requested a refund reading their reviews. Hopefully they do not bill our insurance and we can get a refund since we are not continuing with services. Staff was SUPER friendly but the company was what we had a problem with.
After a bad experience at the South Side Aspen, I decided to try the North Kansas Location. Took 4 phone calls to get an appointment, they never called back the 3 previous times. When I arrived she ask me to sign papers for the medical history. Presented me with Papers for a young woman, who had my same last name, but CLEARLY WASN'T ME, I am Not Tiara, nor 5'5" tall... poorly made dentures can't even use them and overpriced
After weeks of coordinating the appt with Tommy and paying for her procedure, was told would keep patients down to a minimum so doc could be free to perform her procedures ended up the only thing that was done was a cleaning. Had to ask for monies paid to be returned. It seems in this office ppl don’t talk to each other. Now having to find another dentist as the doc there is one of the best.

I was out of town visiting family when my temporary bridge came out and needed to be recemented. I was referred to this location by my insurance provider. After over two hours past my appointment time, I was finally seen. After three x-rays, plus a panoramic x-ray, it was concluded that my temporary bridge came out and needed to be recemented They charged me for being seen, plus wanted an additional $119 to slap glue on my temp bridge and push it back into place.
