I'm completing my externship here and Dr. Patel along with the other RDA's are amazing. I've learned so much and I love the atmosphere. I love seeing the patients leave happy and knowing I was able to share the experience with them at Aspen Dental!!!
Worst place ever. Bad service, bad work, unprofessional employees, and they will rob you. I kept going back bc they were the only place that took my insurance but it wasn't worth it. I should've paid more and gone somewhere else. They over charged me by $999 by adding an "upgrade" that I didn't agree to and told them I DID NOT WANT. Horrible customer service!! RUDE staff! They have already been paid for my services through my insurance company and I financed the rest. There is a portion that my insurance underpaid. Until I get my insurance to cover that portion or pay it in full they refuse to see me. I am making payments on the balance. Erika is rude. She yells are all her coworkers and talks to patients like they are her annoying 5 year old child. I will not tolerate disrespect AND give them my money AND trust them with the care of my teeth. I will not return nor will I suggest anyone to ever go here again. 💩👎🏻
I had an appointment scheduled for over a week and took off work for just to waste time and gas. I get to my appointment to find out they canceled my appointment without notifying me. Their excuse was that they called me for verbal confirmation and they couldn’t get through (spotty signal where I live). They will not text/email you letting you know they’re trying to reach you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! My boyfriend’s mom has been battling them for over a year with her dental implants. All the promises they made they refuse to honor. They even made her go to a different office because they didn’t want to deal with her anymore. She’s hardworking woman and they basically stole her money and told her it’s out of their hands.
