Do not go to this business. They do not do a thorough job of explaining about payment and they cancel appointments at the last minute. The front office staff is rude.
Went to the temple location to get exstensive work done. I received X-Rays and examination which my insurance was billed $249 but I was told after the fact it would have been free if I didn’t have insurance. Then comes the treatment plan packet that the front office person (not a dentist) went over with me. The first front office person gave me a price including bleaching. I went to get cavities filled. Dr white so aggressively gave me shots, my gums ripped and my lower jaw is exposed. I went back two weeks later and she dismisses me completely and said I didn’t need stitches. Another two weeks later I went back and she believed me this time. Then she proceeded to aggressively give me shots again.. in preparation for stitches. Dreadfully rude front staff. It took them 8 months to correct their billing. The most recent thing they did
All the appointments I went to on 31st in Temple was great. But they kept saying they was waiting on my insurance. My insurance covers a complete set of dentures. Aspen said they ain't covered.

I’m trying to be a new patient...1st appointment they canceled because X-ray machine don’t work... 2nd one got rescheduled... now I got a confirmation email saying it’s tomorrow but when I called to verify they said it’s with the Killeen office but Killeen even confirms it’s with Temple... the email says it’s with Temple... Had dental surgery three weeks back and went in other day for check up and adjust partials and was told my insurance did not pay a little over $300 of total bill which I thought ok no problem. Before I was even seen for the check up and adjustment I was told they would not see me after that visit until I paid what insurance did not cover. I guess if anything goes wrong with partials or something to do with the surgery on my gums I am screwed and on my own until I can pay up.
