Waited over an hour for my appt just to watch everyone who came in after I did be called. Just to be told, oh who are you again, and oh we are so sorry. Then continued to call people in that were there an hour after I was!!! Never again!!

The staff was great but i went off what there website said on pricing and no where did it say cash payment prices. So because i have insurance I have to pay double what the websites prices were. Really not fair had be excited about finally getting my dentures. Had planned on what my insurance would pay and the % that is my cost that i would be having to pay just a couple hundred. all said and done because i have insurance i was looking at couple thousand, because i only got the %off and the 1500 didnt count.
Scheduled a cleaning for husband and I just to tell us after X-ray and exam that they there is no one there to do the cleanings. When we walked in no one greeted us nor explained to us what we should do. They were running late almost 2 hours no one came and told us anything. I had a wisdom tooth that broke they told me I would need surgery to remove it but to just wait till middle of October for their surgeon. Went to get a tooth pulled and the dentist took a tooth and a half. Left one of my teeth messed up and now i need it surgically removed thanks to the dentist and i can't afford that.
The staff is awesome. Very friendly and attentive. However, gonna try to make a long story sort. I had a tooth pulled back in Dec. and I'm still having problems. I've had to go back 3 time to get bone removed where this tooth was and a bone spur shaved. Even after the bone spur was shaved I'm still in pain and unable to eat on my right side. And there is still I piece of bone that is sticking out and hurting me. Mind you every time I've gone in I have to pay out of pocket. Needless to say after 5 months I haven't had any luc... read more

My mom just had major dental work done here and they have absolutely been terrible through the process. First off, the emergency number listed on the paper they gave us when she had it done (2 days ago) WASNT EVEN CORRECT! Took me almost an hour to get in contact with an on call doctor FROM ANOTHER STATE. She has been gushing blood for almost three days and they have done nothing about it. ER it is. And @austin oral since they actually know how do post op. Would not recommend this place to save my life���
They do not care about their patiences after they are out of their chair. Let's pull 13 teeth and give no antibiotics, mouth wash, or even tell you to take Advil. My friends moms mouth is still gushing blood after 2-3 days. When I called because she can't even talk she's in so much pain the lady that answered was rude. Austin Oral all the way!
Awful company. Their dentist fucked up my crown, they refuse to fix it, they screwed up the billing too and expect me to pay the difference. Go fuck yourself.
The staff is nice but the dentist made me not want to ever go back. He pulled my tooth while it was infected and I endured tremendous pain while getting it pulled.
