I have been trying to get a hold of Aspen Dental for weeks now because of my bottom dentures breaking in half and phones have been down and no one has returned my phone call
Called for a cleaning. Wanted to do everything but clean teeth. Spent an hour and was told that couldn’t be scheduled until August and that there would be an additional cost to my “free” cleaning from Humana. Not a happy camper

worst place ever. totally incompetent. it was a sh¡t show from the minute I walked in. they screwed up scheduling more than once, they didn't have the correct materials to do wax bites, then I was supposed to have my final set of dentures in October here it is almost December and my teeth are still not finished. their technician up and quit so my molds had to be shipped out to be done off location went in today finally to try the wax impressions and they screwed them up so they have to be shipped back out only prolonging the... read more

Extremely unprofessional medical care! We are established patients not new. Scheduled my families appointments over 6 months ago for 9/21/22, was told via email today 9/19/22 that they needed to reschedule our appointments. When I called I was offered appointments for late November 2022. This puts myself and my daughter at 2 months over our Scheduled routine care and exam. I’ve been trying to reach them for DAYS to reschedule appts. Their phone tree won’t let you leave a voicemail. They are still able to send me texts asking to confirm my appt. The main dentist has called multiple times trying to get me treated before my insurance covers, and says I have tons of work needed still after 3 grand. They are only out to meet their quotas.

I’ll be honest I really thought this place was really awesome. Very nice staff and very knowledgeable. Then I went in for an appointment because I had a broken tooth. The third party people that you talk to are absolutely useless. I told them I had a broken tooth and it needed to be removed. So my appointment was clearly made for an exam so they were not prepared for a broken tooth despite me telling the woman on the phone how much pain I was in. This business is scamming people out of thousands! When you go in for a chipped tooth as a new patient and walk out with over $6000 of financing for all the dental repairs they claim must be done before they fix the issue, have offered a payment plan that is actually a credit card, and then bill you separately for the the crowns they insist you have to have? I have to strongly warn anyone using Aspen dental. They tried to do a root canal for my girlfriend. Managed to destroy tooth. Now she has to pay for an implant but still has bill for root canal which they had her put on a credit card so it's even worse. They gave her some money back but peanuts compared to the cost let alone the infection they caused that won't go way.
