Do everything you can to stay away from these criminals. They have absolutely no interest in your well being. The simply want to bilk you out of much money as possible. Aspen Dental makes all other dentists seem like saints. They have a terrible reputation for performing unnecessary expensive procedures while pretending it's the only option. Can't afford it? I had the tooth you insisted shouldn't be extracted pulled by an honest dentist who seemed genuinely concerned with my well being He saw no evidence of the necessity of a root canal and his records will reflect that. I gave my statement to Kat Carnes at the Maine State Dental License agency against Dr Cuddy along with signed Medical releases for both Aspen Dental and the dentist who eventually extracted the offending tooth. The front desk woman was nice, the girl who took my x-rays was nice, the hygienist was nice, the dentist was nice, the dentist left telling me I needed several things done. A whole list. I was told to stop by the front desk on my way out to make appointments for what I needed done, but first was sent to a consultation about price. She was polite, tried to get me credit but once she found out I have back problems and am currently unemployed and my application was rejected, I was basically shown the door and told to pay half o... read more

I transferred from the Augusta office. It took me going in twice to get my records transferred and they said they would call me which they didn't. I had to call them to get the appointment. Once there the staff was wonderful. However it takes forever to checkout so I ended up walking out after sitting in the waiting room for quite some time after having a tooth pulled to check out. Wait time to check out is really the biggest problem and having people get back to you when they say they will. Staff is Great though when you ge... read more

They were very nice.although prices are high for teeth repairs.i would recomend going there.

I went to have a cleaning and wasn't able to after spending an hour at the appointment as I needed x-rays and so did the other patient. I was disappointed and need a separate appointment just to get the cleaning I was supposed to have. I was also given a rinse for my teeth and wasn't told the price and I am experiencing what seems too be an allergic reaction to it. I'm not happy as a result. It would be really easy to make sure one patient gets a cleaning while one gets X-rays and then switch.

Beware of their schemes; think twice and sleep on it before you sign any paperwork and if you don't feel right about what they are pushing -- if it's a big procedure go for 2nd opinion. I went in for regular cleaning that my insurance would of paid for and was told I needed periodontal procedures, they would give me a prescription, remove gold crown, repair filling, re-crown. Horrible horrible service. I went in to basically get insulted. And when I was voicing my concerns, I was spoken over and treated very rudely. Total waste of time. No professionalism and I also waited over 1 1/2 hours. I certainly do Not recommend Aspen dental.
