Totally disgusted with Aspen Dental! We called Aspen Dental yesterday because our 18 year old had tooth pain - didn't know if it was a broken tooth or if a filling had fallen out. We were given a 2:00 appointment by the call center. The call center CALLED the Topsham location to verify that the 2:00 appointment was open and that they could see our son. I had a 3:30 appointment for my son. We were finally called back at 4 the doctor gave him his shot and LEFT THE ROOM. 25 minutes later she still had not returned. Then I was told by a very rude hygienist that my appointment didn't matter. That there are other people who needed the doc too. So I said well isn't that the point of an appointment. Apparently not. Took an hour and a half to get in. Nurse was rude. Could not find my chart. Then they wondered why I would not be back.
Still waiting to be seen, my appt was an hr ago...,.,.. very dissatisfied
After having trouble with some work that I had done there, I have tried calling the office for two days. DURING normal business hours! I left messages, no response. I called their emergency number twice, left them all of my information. Never received a call back. I will be looking elsewhere to take my family.
