RecommendedDr. Brittingham and the staff at Aspen Dental in Utica (including Kathy, Veronica and Samantha) were the kindest and most welcoming group I could have wanted during my emergency dental situation yesterday. Even though it was a busy Monday afternoon, they arranged for me to have a necessary extraction so I would no longer be in pain. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I will be bringing my family here in the future and scheduling all my dental visits with this great team!

Very fast and smooth experience. I was helped imediately with my impacted wisdom tooth. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had to schedule a emergency appointment for tooth pain. Was easy to do online. Dr was very nice assistant were pleasant. And when came time do finance the receptionist was so helpful. Told me exactly what my insurance covered what I would be responsible for and my options. And Monday scheduled for procedure to a fracture on bridge of crown tooth. Just glad they are quickly going to fix so no more pain�. Thank you aspen
Obviously, any business is rated first on it's work product & a real close 2nd on staff - 3rd is most likely costs - the other criteria are minimal compared to these 3 issues - I have been pleased with all work (which has been alot) that has been done in my mouth by North Utica Aspen dental - any problems in my mouth were from my actions, none have been even close to being the fault of this office - as far as staff - I have yet to see an unhappy face or hear a negative word from any staff person - they all seem to work very ... read more
