Due to a change in our dental insurance, I went to Aspen Dental. I had a complete set of x-rays and met Dr. Wilson, who told me that all I was in need of was a cleaning. She was very nice and professional. I was scheduled for a cleaning right away. The Dental Hygienist was awesome and very gentile. The entire office was polite and prompt......which is important to me. Thank you for the great experience and see you in May!

Would like to take a moment to shout out Keena Wilson and her awesome staff at Aspen Dental in Utica! I normally HATE going to the dentist, but I had an absolutely wonderful experience there and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist!
OK it's not very often that I like going to the dentist, but today I did! Dr. Wilson is absolutely fantastic, the staff were friendly, and the overall experience was great! I highly recommend Aspen dental in North Utica!!!
There alright ppl, I am recommend others to go there but I'd call n see what insurances they take!!

The front desk all have chips on their shoulders and attitudes to match. They are condescending, rude, and do not answer the phones. Every experience is negative with them. For something that's going to cost almost $1500 out of pocket, they continue to give me the runaround and any time I speak to someone they interrupt me. I've been hung up on and given different information depending on who I'm talking to.
